Can I buy fabrics from Nooteboom Textiles as a private person?
No, this is not possible. Nooteboom Textiles is a wholesaler and sells only to business customers. If you are based in the EU with your company, we will ask for your VAT identification number during registration. If your company is outside the EU, we will contact you after your request.
Does Nooteboom Textiles also have a showroom?
Yes, Nooteboom Textiles has a showroom. This is located at Kranenberg 6, 5047 TR Tilburg. The showroom is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
Where can I see the prices of the fabrics?
The prices wlll be visibile after your account has been activated.
What is the minimum order quantity per substance?
The minimum order quantity is 12 meters per fabric and design.
How long is the delivery time for an order?
The order will normally be shipped within three business days. The delivery time will depend on the region in which the order is shipped and the availability of the item.
How much are the shipping costs?

How do I create an account?

I have created an account but have not yet received an activation email. What should I do?
If you have requested an account through the registration form. Your details still need to be reviewed by the Finance Department. This usually takes 24 hours. If you haven't received you login details within 2 working days, please contact email@example.com.
I am an existing customer and would like to create an account, what should I do?
If you are already a Nooteboom Textiles customer and do not yet have access data, you can activate your account yourself. Or contact your contact person.
Which payment options are available?
You can only pay by invoice. The payment period is 10 days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, that is possible. Please indicate this in the message box at the end of the order process.
